I'm afraid free indie games don't keep the devs fed or the lights on or MORE cool games made. If you'd like to potentially win a copy of the game you could head over to the Discord for our monthly competitions.
So I've been told that we're busy reworking the level generation system, and we expect that the create-your-own-company mode will change significantly as a result of the new tech we're busy building.
Also the create-your-own-company mode is one of our favourite features, and we think it will be even more excellent with Steam level-sharing integration.
That said, we're in the middle of tearing a lot of things down, so as to build them back up again. It's hard to say where this process will lead, so we don't want to make any big promises... at the very least the existing create-your-own-company mode will be in the game in the future.
I am soon gonna make a full review on this, but for now, I'm gonna add a few suggestions:
1. Add a lobby system where you can make your own lobby by adding restrictions or adding modes like only with friends, or hard mode. (you can make this only available when you get past half of the office job, your choice though.)
2. Add one-time abilities (or perks that wear off after a minute) that are OP which can be found in presents.
3. Easter eggs that you can find, example when you're working out one thing up to 100, it should say "Remember, sweating is good for your mental health! (insert thumbs up)" or something else you guys can probably think up something better.

itch only stores the latest versions. The only way you can get previous versions is that maybe someone on the Free Lives Discord has them saved. But that's entirely at your own risk.

will this game get a console (mainly switch) release? i love games like this and madness combat project nexus but i cant play cuz i only have switch and potato pc :(

Bro I came back to this game when I saw it on steam, And I was like "My version doesn't look like the v1" But then, I realized I HAVE AN O L D VERSION. I have v0.76. I did not know time FLEW LIKE LIGHT. I remember downloading this game after watching a vid about it, like it was YESTERDAY.
so i just spent like a week of playing the first version of the game and i just got on the neurolink today and first try finished the game and dude that last boss is a BITCH i got to 3 hp and my weapons got locked for so long but i WON BABY and i loved the game cant wait for the full game hopefully i can get that done fast too lmfao i loved both versions idk if neuro is 2 player but me and my brother were fucking around in the first version and i wanna give a bug report really quick YOU CAN JUMP ON YOUR FRIEND AND AIR JUMP WITH THAT TOO AND WHY DO WE NEED COLLISION WITH TEAMMATES lmfao loved fuckin with my brother though

I'm not 100% sure what you mean - but are you trying to download the Neurolink Demo?
If that's the case then you need to select the file that has Nuerolink Demo in the filename ( it's the second option)

It's not about demand - it's about keeping the lights on. Please keep in mind we're a small indie studio trying to make cool stuff.

You have to download the OG game file - The Nuerolink Demo only has the Neurolink area open.
