This game is incredible, except sometimes enemies get stuck to unreachable areas such as high ceilings, and I have to restart. but other than that, 11/10
I just realized, this game is entirely based off of luck. Luck that you'll get the health boxes, luck that you'll get the upgrade boxes, luck that the final boss doesn't do his no gravity thing with a gun, and for gun wielders, luck that you get ammo boxes.
The chances of getting an ammo box are very fucking low.
Don't think so. I beat the game with every character almost first try. It depends on which moves you choose, and how much your combo is. I usually use the scream fully upgraded, where you get armies of people and then after I rack up 50 at the boss level, they beat him up pretty easily. Also, with a high combo and a machine gun, I killed the boss in under a minute. The ammo boxes are not low, it depends how much you use the ammo. If you use a machine gun and only have the machine gun, obviously it will run out quickly. This game has a little RNG, but its mostly skill and choices. In conclusion, you're just bad. (also, for the gravity thing hide behind the enemies. Or if you have an army he will shoot your goons instead of you.)
This game is absolutely amazing! Honestly, I feel a bit offended, that this game doesn't cost any money. How am I ever supposed to charge money for games with free games like this out there.
Minor note: I got kicked into the ceiling by the big punchy boss which forcefully ended my run since I couldn't move anymore.
(Accidentally deleted my original post) This game is amazing!! I lost so much track of time while recording because of how fun it was, and played it for myself right after I finished. I like the various combos you can do, mixing of different characters moves, the unique characters, the humor, etc. Some of the most fun I've had off of an Itch.io game in a while, amazing work :)
When you get hit by a bullet, like for the first boss, your controls lock up and you can't do anything for a good 3 seconds, which is long enough for you to get back onto your feet, before the boss hits you again with more, and the process continues until you die.
I have the problem that when I am downloading the file out of nowhere, the download stops and I get an error that says, forbidden and I don't know what to do.
I was on a killing spree and then I get a power-up, and the game half-crashes, it stops me doing anything else and I'm stuck on the selection menu. I lost all my effort please try and fix this.
Five minutes later same thing happens, I am understanding but it has also made me ragequit this game for the rest of the day
Sorry about that. Can you elaborate? When the upgrade screen comes on you can’t press side keys or up keys? It doesn’t allow you to select? Are you playing on 2 screens?
Yeah, Also sorry for sounding like a total arsehole, I'd just had a bad day. But anyways, there's a split second when the meny pops up I think I'm able to use the arrow keys to move off the selected parts of the menu. This happens normaly happens for me because I'm literally just mashing my keys. But yeah, whenever a menu pops up the icon will occasionally become un-selected and there's no way for me to reselect anything meaning you become stranded in limbo. Hope this helps, although I'm just guessing it's my PC
yeah same happens to me, when im installing it it just installs at 16 kb's and its making me rage, my internet is good so i dont know why does that happens

It is x for keyboard. The prompt changes to Y when a controller is plugged in
Ahhh ok. I didn't have a controller plugged in, but was using the same port and cable to charge my phone so maybe that's it

It's really slow for me on pc even though I have 16 gigs of ram and checked the "weak pc" box.
I have only 8 gigs and works fine for me with weak pc mode. maybe its about the cpu or gpu more than the ram size?

This game need a multiplayer.

you can jump to stop being tazed (not sure if its intentional), tho yeah its still pretty hard without any ranged weapons

The "backspace" character was present in version 0.76. In the latest version, 0.77A, you get a different character by pressing Ctrl + Backspace.
